What is the delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is only $2.99. This is a flat fee applied to all orders independent of how much you order.

Can I order online?

Not yet, but coming soon! The best way to stay up to date with us through our Instagram.

How do I change my address on the app?

After selecting an item, hit the “Continue” button that pops up. You will be taken to a page where you can edit the information you previously entered.

How do I pay?

We complete most transaction via Venmo, however we accept debit and credit cards as well. Payment is currently completed at the delivery location once we arrive with your order.

Where do I find a promo code?

The best way to be sure to find our next promo deal is to stay up to date on our social channels: like us on Facebook, or follow us on Instagram and you should be able to get some free ice cream every now and then!

Do you deliver alcohol?

No… well, not yet at least. Alcohol delivery is right around the corner and we are constantly figuring out what it will take to bring that service to our community.

How does the live support function work?

This is a way for you to provide immediate feedback to us, within the app, in case you want to suggest a product addition, a new feature, or have any questions.

When you submit feedback, we will engage in a text conversation within 5 minutes. If you have never placed an order before, be sure to include your phone number so we can reach you.

How do I know I am ordering the right item?

If you select the “i” button next to the each item on the app, you will find more information about that item that will ensure you know exactly what you are ordering so there are no surprises. For more information, see our quick walkthrough.

What happens if the delivery takes longer than 20 minutes?

With an average delivery time of right around 16 minutes, taking over 20 minutes hopefully won’t happen. That being said, we do get busy (especially when it rains) and we will contact you in the event of anything unusual with your order.

What happens if an item I choose is not in stock?

We partner with local retailers and do not have full control over inventory on a daily basis. Occasionally our customers order something that is out of stock, in which case we will contact you directly and hopefully find a substitute.
